UK Customers guide to ordering If you wish to contact one of our agents in the UK click this link: UK agents New customers, useful information • All customers will be required to complete a credit application form before orders can be processed. Bug Art uses an agency to check the business standing of all credit account applicants. • Our minimum order is £75 ex VAT. • All orders over £150 ex VAT are delivered free of charge, orders below this figure are charged £7 + VAT. • We supply our cards in multiples of a dozen, though we can supply in half dozens if required. • A variety of spinners are available in black with 32, 36 and 48 pockets. We provide these at subsidised prices. Please contact us for details. • A Counter Display Stand is also available. This is free of charge when you purchase 16 dozen cards. This is black with a Bug Art logo and is self assembly. • Our agents cover the whole of the UK, we can arrange for you to receive a visit at your request. Orders can be taken by the agent, or if you wish, sent directly to our sales office. • Orders are processed within two working days of receipt, and despatched using a next day delivery service. If you have any questions please contact the sales office at askbug@bugart.co.uk Terms & Conditions of sale • Payment strictly within 30 days of invoice. • All goods will be charged at prices ruling at time of despatch • All goods and carriage are subject to VAT at the standard rate • Title to any goods shall not pass to the customer until payment has been made in full of all the sums owing to it by that customer on any account • Risk in the goods shall pass to the customer on delivery. Until title passes to the customer, the customer shall indemnify Bug Art against all loss or damage to the goods or depreciation in their value and shall keep them fully insured • Any defects, breakages or shortages will only be credited if written notice is given within 7 working days of the delivery note date. top of page |
